Reprinting Employee W2 and 1095 Tax Documents QRG

Introduction

All US employees paid by People 2.0 will be able to access all W-2’s and, if applicable, 1095’s using the online Workforce Portal. For all direct requests from an employee for their W-2, first, direct them to the Workforce Portal.

Also, users can reprint any W2 or 1095 form directly from the People2.0 software. The reprint functionality is in the Tax Documents tab of the Tax Setup section of the Employee record. W-2 and 1095c forms can be printed on plain paper and mailed directly to employees.

If an Employee questions the accuracy of their W-2 information or needs to update the Social Security number, please email the request to the w2@people20.com.

 Access the Employee W2 or 1095c in the P20 Software

  1. From an Employee record in the P20 Software, select Payroll Setup followed by Tax Setup.

  1. Select the Tax Document tab on the far right. Select the PDF icon to open a PDF version of the employee's W-2 and 1095c.
  1. Print or mail as needed.
